Large Frame Tent Assembly
Each Frame is labelled for easy assembly, Each joint has a unique reference A1, A2, etc… One frame is labelled A the other B,
Each frame consists of two ‘A’ frames and two poles connecting the ‘A’ frames.
For transportation I recommend you either transport the ‘A’ frames complete (if you have room) or collapse them into a single length. This is done by taking the ‘A’ frame and removing one bolt enough to free the cross piece (A3-A4 or A5-A6 for example) and loosening the other (these are labelled on the ‘A’ frames) the swinging the cross piece and legs of the ‘A’ frame together.
Assembling the frame assembly is as simple as taking two ‘A’ frames and bolting on the two poles (each are the same length) as the numbered instructions. Do not over tighten the bolts but just enough to secure the frame.
I recommend two people are needed to do this as the poles are longer than the small Teepees and it you let the weight of the pole hang on one end it could damage it.
I have used bolts rather than the usual Allen key type screws in the other Teepees as its all I could find of the right length in time, for production frames I’ll source allen key screw the right length.
Wigwam Teepee Assembly
The poles of the Wigwam style Teepee are tied together at the top with a short length of paracord. If necessary for cleaning etc, simply untie the bow on the paracord and remove it. Re-threading is the reverse of this process.
The poles will be held in place by the material covering the Wigwam Teepee.
